This site and service is intended for use by those people 18 years of age or older. However, those people aged 16-18 older may use the site and service with parental consent. Anyone aged over 16 but under 18 should obtain parental consent before using this site/service. If you are unable to gain this consent then you should refrain from using this site/service.
If you are a parent/guardian then you should read these terms and conditions on behalf of your child. By ticking the box (and providing your contact details) on the pre sign up page you are giving consent for your child to use this site and service.
Parents/Guardians should read the following carefully. By ticking the box on the pre sign up page you are agreeing to the following statements:
a) I agree to my child receiving nutritional advice from Player-Pal Ltd. I understand that they will use their packs to work out a suitable number of calories to consume on a daily basis, as well as other nutrition targets such as protein, carbohydrates, fat, fibre and water. These targets will be set with performance, in the sport of football, in mind, along with the individual requirements such as fat loss, weight gain or maintenance.
b) I have looked at my child’s completed pre sign-up questionnaire and confirm to the best of my knowledge that my child does not suffer from any conditions or factors listed. Where the answer “yes” has been given to any aspect of the questionnaire, I consent for this to be discussed further and, if appropriate, a doctor’s approval requested.
c) I understand that Player-Pal Ltd is intended for educational and information purposes only. Members (including my child) take advice at their own risk. Player-Pal Ltd cannot be held responsible for any claims relating to illness that is deemed to have possibly arisen from advice received. I and My child are entirely responsible for looking after their own allergies, intolerances, and health problems. We strongly recommend discussing with your child’s doctor before making any changes to their nutrition. In particular if my child is taking any prescription medication and/or is under the supervision of a doctor, I understand that it is my and my child’s responsibility to consult with their doctor before making any changes to their nutrition. I understand that this is necessary to prevent any possible reaction occurring between the medication my child is taking and the nutritional programme that Player-Pal Ltd provide.
d) I have read the rest of the Terms & Conditions on the Player-Pal Ltd website and agree to them in their entirety.
